Today was our ward party, complete with a visit from Santa. Nathan wouldn't see Santa because "it's not the real Santa, so he's not going to get me what I want anyway. Why tell him?" Abbie panicked and screamed like she was about to die. Katherine was scared but still sat there, too scared to say anything. Alex thanked Santa for all that he had given him, and afterward told me Santa had bad breath and it probably distracted all the kids so they couldn't think about what to tell him. Later today he told me he's going to make a present for Santa.
